I have spent the last year in the HOC as a general member.
During this time, I have successfully negotiated with Adrian Pulich
for gym equipment that they initially said we would have to pay for.
The response to the survey for the equipment by the community
was overwhelmingly in favour and I’m told the update on the gym
should be before the end of the year.

I listen to the wants and needs of the community and represent
that at our HOC meetings.

The HOC has responsibility to the homeowners on a personal level
and also a fiscal responsibility for the management of the community
finances. Having that balance is something I have strived for.

We have a diverse community that deserves acknowledgement
without prejudice. Fell assured I have no bias and will always look
for the best outcome all round.

My life now is family, the activities at Maroochy Quays,
dragon boats and as you all know fishing.
